Here at Forever Fit Personal Training, exercise will be made fun! There are many types of different training styles to meet each clients needs and goals. Workouts may consist of Kettlebells, bands, stability balls, dumbells, boxing, TRX, machines, stretching, and much more! Changing these variables will keep things exciting and affective, and keep you coming back for more!

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

This personalized one on one training will give the client just the right amount of attention they need to exceed their goals and expectations. It will also Allow me to work around any injuries, or body imbalances, and/or limitations the client may have. The workouts will be tailored to exactly what is needed for the client to perform each exercise with proper form and technique.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

5 reasons why having a strong core is an essential key factor of living a more active and healthy life! #1 is a strong core Helps to prevent injuries. #2 your core helps you protect your inner organs and central nervous system. #3 Helps to get rid of and prevent back pain. #4 Helps to give you great posture. #5 As we all know a strong toned core helps you to look great on the beach in those bathing suits!

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Group Training is great for people to apply the skills they have learned in their one on one training sessions! I would recommend that anyone that takes a group class already has a solid foundation of the fundamentals of resistance training. Generally it is good to learn how your body works at a slow contolled pace before getting injured in a class! When an instructor is teaching a class it is hard to give poeple the individual instruction they may need, because it may slow the rest of the class down. You should come to  a class already having decent form, and technique. 

           MUSCLE TONE

 

The only way those muscles are going to carve out and look toned and tight is if they are being challenged properly! This goes for men and woman of every age. For example the man in the video to your left is in his 60's which you would never know because every session he works to his full potential challenging his muscle fibers harder with every rep he does! Going through the motions with weight that is too light for you is not going to do it guys and girls! clean diets consisting of well balanced macro nutrients is also goin to be a key factor to muscle growth and development. Each meal needs to consist of Fats, Proteins, and Carbs with no exceptions!
