            PHILOSOPHY

 

Coming into this field of work, my philosophy has always been to "Never Give Up" and to stay "Forever Fit." I believe you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. When you set goals for yourself, it gives you something to work toward! I have always set goals for myself, and though they may be hard to reach sometimes, they are obtainable with hard work and dedication - like anything else you set your mind to in the this world. Being "Forever Fit" to me means that living a healthy lifestyle and taking good care of your body is a lifetime commitment. You have to make working out something that becomes part of you, which goes along with your diet as well. I believe if you treat your body right, it will treat you right in return by allowing you to live a long, fulfilled life with no regrets!

            MISSION

 

My mission as a health professional is to help motivate you to succeed in your goals! I want to help you stay "Forever Fit" and to make things fun for you on this lifelong journey. I also want to make sure that you "Never Give Up," especially in the face of limitations, injuries, or setbacks. I want to show you that hard work does pay off if you put in the time and effort! I like to work with all different kinds of people, of all ages and abilities! There is no age limit on living a healthy lifestyle. I'm here as a professional to show you the path! My strengths are weight loss, muscle gains, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance. You will see results if you're willing to put in the work.
